A true asset to Quality Air.
I had a boiler that wouldn't start. a man came out to my house when i was at work. they said that the flue needed to to cleaned out . my wife
said ok but didn't realize that they would charge almost a $1000 to clean the duct work. he spent almost 6 hrs cleaning but still couldn't get the boiler started. they said that would apply the charge to a new boiler. A new boiler was over priced. they wouldn't give me back my money.
They simply did exactly what they said they were going to do. No gimmicks, no games and they were straight to the point. We like that about people who we are in business with.
Quality air has provided me with great service!. I recommend this company to anyone.
They are not the least expensive but I would say they are the best. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. they have great work and business ethics.
Our technician, Jason, was very thorough and went into great detail about the repair required. we will be calling for additional recommended service in the coming weeks and wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the great service!

If you are an absentee land owner, Quality Air will not service your property. Do not call them if you live outside the city of Asheville. I was told that because I am not a "Club member" or that I could not be present at the time of service, even though I authorized the service call, they would not accept my business.This is the first time in 25 years I have EVER been denied service on a property I own
