Platinum exchange is north Carolina's ONE stop shop for affordable health insurance for individuals. Families & small businesses. We launched in september 2013 to help north Carolina's workforce address the changes brought about by the affordable care ACT. For anyone WHO is uninsured. Underinsured. Or has faced denial of coverage for PRE existing conditions or other barriers. Platinum exchange is offering a supportive road to health care coverage.
