Dr. McCarrick has been my family's pulminologist for the past 15 years. He has treated us for asthma and several unusual lung infections. I'm responding to his heroic efforts in the Mission Critical Care Unit with my husband after my husband suddenly stopped breathing. After ruling out heart by ER, Dr. McCarrick was summoned and quickly determined the cause and what all needed to be done quickly. Yesterday, the day before Thanksgiving, my husband was released from the hospital. The family owes an enormous Thank You to Dr. McCarrick for his fast thinking and moving. He is truly that rare brilliant doctor.
