Provided by YPmobileDinner here our first night in Asheville was made perfect with some GR8 food!! Went back two nights later and two more meals were simply scrumptious. Will definitely go back on our next visit.

We were passing through Asheville and decided to stop and have dinner. Thank God we happened upon this place. What a great experience. Live music quietly played in the background. The menu is absolutely perfect and the food was great. One member in the group said it was the sweetest lobster he had ever eaten. I will be back someday.

Very interesting beer from Oyster House brewing company, this is the only place you can get it outside of the actual brewery. Cornbread appetizer was delicious. Waitress brought complimentary house trout dip, which was phenomenal!!! Highly recommend the shrimp and grits and crab cakes!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Lobster Trap. We took advantage of call ahead seating which gave us a big advantage on a busy Saturday night. Good food, a good Blues band and a wonderful server.

Great food, service, and music. Food was awesome and music was just the right volume to enjoy and still hear the guest at my table. Lovely evening.

Provided by YP.comA +++ Got the buttered shrimp as an appretizer it was great. I got the lobster my husband got surf and turf both came with two sides. The meal was excellent also they gave us some type of spread to put on crackers don't know what it was but it was good. When we go back to Asheville will make a point to go there
This was the worse place I have ever eaten. The hostess that worked Friday Nov. 26 were horrible. My friend from Miss., her daughter from Atlanta and me from Florida went there for dinner. Because I ask why people coming in after us were being seated before us. We where the last to get seats. The steak could not be cut and the lobster was like rubber. Our server was the only nice thing about the whole evening. Now for good food and fun try Modesto Good food good service. But Lobster Trap is just that a tourist TRAP CRAPPY. The hostess can be glad they ruined the evening for 3 states and we will be sure to pass this along to all the people we know. The worst place I have ever eaten
