Every day they offer daily special that comes with one side. Today my friend & I ordered the special & after eating, waitress brings the ck. Mine is $2 more then my buddys so asked why & was told that the "Grits" is not part of sides. Well first of all there was not mention of what sides came with Special & after ordering the grits, waitress failed to mention it would be extra. Mgr comes over & says "Whats the problem" like its something we did. She made no effort at all to remendy the situation & only said thats the policy and walked off.

Fact is we work in Biltmore Park & eat there often. With that kind of attitude we are going to give them the "Word of Mouth" they would rather not have!

food was excellent atmosphere was good except for the servers and assisstant manager killing the mood with their lackluster service.my entire table set for almost an hour with noone checking on our drinks.we finally went to bar on our own.this is the third time that i have been treated like myself and my friends were not welcome or worthy of their time.doubt very seriously if i will ever go back or recomend to anyone.on another note the band they had there CROSSRIDGE was very entertaining,kept me there for the night if not for that would have walked out.

Honestly this place is a great place to eat. ive enjoyed my meal and staff every visit and i go every time we go to the movies. I would say the other two rewiews are seriously inaccurate and you should make your own openion. Great to watch the games as well!!!
