Studies suggest that 77 percent of adults 50 and older want to remain in their homes for the long term, ie "age in place." While this sounds idyllic, the realities of staying in your home as you age could ultimately present myriad problems related to lifestyle, health and safety, and coordination of care for you and your loved ones. Continuing Care at Home is a hybrid program that combines the safety net and resources of a Life Plan Community, the financial protection of a Long-Term Care Insurance plan, and proactive Wellness programming.
