What a pleasure! The focusing screen for the view finder dislodged inside my Canon 6D. I assumed this would be simple, but with cameras, one never knows. The woman at the counter, whom I assume is the repairman's wife (but I could be wrong), greeted me, chatted briefly, and immediately took my camera to the back. Within 5 minutes, she was back with the part in place. As she handed it to me, she smiled and said there was no charge. It doesn't get much better than this!
