      I needed an inspection and diagnosis of my heat pump system because my electric bill had spiked suddenly. With only this info, James S performed a diagnostic review and uncovered 4 system needs. He did all the identified actions. He was great at communicating about the issues. He made sure I understood and approved each step.I'm really glad I chose Carolina Comfort.

      Through the years I have found the Carolina Comfort team to be very responsive, highly competitive and a wonderful group to do business with, both in minor service calls and major installations/replacements. Most recently, our A/C went out requiring both a new compressor and coil....and of course it was over a weekend. Kris and I met on Friday afternoon, and by the middle of the following week the job was done at a price considerably lower than the other quote I had received. As one of the major players in the Asheville area, I highly recommend this company.

      Sam came to our home, on Woody Lane in Asheville last week to work on our Johnson System Wood Stove. He determined that our two (2) motors on the blowers were shot, and on Monday the 16th of December he returned with new motors and replace them, Once again, our home is warm and comfortable.. Thank you Sam!
