One of the only things I ever get here is a Kona Mocha and it is so frustrating that it is hardly ever made consistently. I often have to send it back because it is too thin, too milky, too icy, etc. It is also frustrating when the person who makes it insists on waiting on everyone in line before making the drink. They act as if you have all the time in the world. It sends the message that all they really care about is collecting money, not taking care of their customers. You'd better believe that I am searching for a drink I like as much as when it is good here.
