      We are an integrated and diverse yoga studio, offering any and all types of yoga to the community at large, for all ranges of ability, advancement, and age. In addition to offering a diverse array of classes 7 days a week, we also hold numerous weekend workshops and teacher trainings ranging from weekend immersions to 200-hr and 500-hr Yoga Alliance Certification. We are committed to offering our highest and best expressions of compassion and love to our community through yoga.
