Had a little trouble finding the office but was on time. The technician/owner treated me like I was an hour late. Very gruff, and matter of fact. Seemed like she was doing me a huge favor by seeing me. So if you feel a little uneasy about your procedure, make the appt. with Kathy, not her sister.

You have to go to Patty if you want a truly caring person that wants to help you with your hair problem. She had one herself so she knows what it is like. Very professionable and her office is the cleanest I have ever seen. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and sincerity.
