Twisted Tree Cafe is a healthy vegetarian eatery that was established in Asbury Park in 2003, offering gluten-free and vegan breakfast and lunch options. Got dietary restrictions? Man, is it hard being a vegetarian sometimes. You get ripped off at the super market, if you're unlucky enough to live too far from a specialty store and most restaurants are so meat heavy, their vegetarian menu consists of a salad.This restaurant serves amazingly tasty food ( much of which is unbelievably VEGAN!!!) in a cozy setting with the most comfortable chair's you'll ever almost fall asleep on. Try the vegan chicken salad wrap or one of the muffins. You can't loose. This is the new Asbury at it's best.
