It includes access to the common area space, kitchenette, and 12'x14' conference room. Guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of Wesley Lake and Ocean Grove from our 340 square foot balcony. The space is perfect for art shows, corporate seminars, parties, and other intimate gatherings.
