When people ask why I decided to open my own practice, I tell them about the number one complaint I've heard from new clients over the years - they are frustrated when they go for a massage and tell the therapist they have hip pain then they proceed to get a 45-minute back/neck rub with 5-10 minutes' attention paid to the hip. It is the goal at Handled With Care to provide client-centered, results-oriented therapy to people who need massage in Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Westminster, Denver, Lakewood, Golden, Boulder and surrounding areas.

All sessions are client-specific; modalities that may be used include deep tissue massage, sports/fitness massage, Swedish massage, active/passive stretching and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Aromatherapy, reflexology and hot towel therapy may also be incorporated in some sessions.
