I called to get a quote for pest control for mice and rabbits. When I spoke to the person who answered the phone he became very condescending to me. He asked me how a wild rabbit got into my home and I told him I had no idea. He then asked me if I was sure a rabbit was in my home as if I would make that kind of crap up. After I told him I saw the rabbit and the rabbits droppings he again asked me if I was sure. I told him yes I was sure I know what rabbits look like as well as their poop. He then asked me to describe what the rabbits pooped looked like.



Unbelievable you just lost a customer and I won't recommend your company to anyone I know.
