      Many of our cooks have been with us for years. Our chef, Josh Shields, trained at Arizona Culinary Institute and worked in fine dining establishments throughout the Scottsdale, AZ area before relocating to Artesia to run the back of the house.

      we ate there on 3-09 and was really disappointed, the chips and salsa were great as they always used to be but the rest of the food was terrible. They need a new cook!
