Douglas County Memorial Hospital was founded in 1957, and provides various services, such as 24-hour emergency care, outpatient treatment, podiatry, optometry and oncology clinics. It offers pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation, radiology, acute gynecology, pediatrics, medical and surgical care, home health and hospice facility, and community health, immunization and counseling services. It also offers occupational, speech, physical and massage therapies. Its facilities include helicopter pad, laboratory, pharmacy, labor, delivery and recovery suite, nursery, community education and medical records room.
