Founded in 1989, the TimberRidge Family Center provides such as blocks, toy cars, stuffed animals and action figures. The center offers assistance with the development of decision making, problem solving and leadership skills of children between the ages of 6 and 12. It provides early and parenting education and infant care services. The TimberRidge Family Center offers enrichment activities that include drawing, painting, constructing and creative dramatics. The center organizes sessions in dance, music, and arts and crafts for children up to the age of 3. It conducts classes in math, science, social studies and cooking. The TimberRidge Family Center additionally hosts educational field trips to museums, nature centers, working farms and historical sites. The center is located in Armonk, N.Y.
