In the 12 years we had our unit, we never once worried about our belongings in storage. we that your conscientousness with persons entering the yard would insure the security of our unit. The facilities were always clean. Whenever our children needed to access the unit , you always made accommodations for their arrival. Your customer service went above and beyond the call of duty. Dear Owners & Staff, We just closed our storage unit at your facility, which we had rented since 1990. That's a long time, almost twenty years, and we were very pleased with all aspects of our experience there. Our possessions were kept safe and dry, and we never had any problems whatsoever. We were particularly pleased with the service provided by Theresa. It was always a pleasure to deal with her. Whenever we dropped by she was quick to greet us and ask if we had any needs or concerns. If we were driving a vehicle she was unfamiliar with, she was particularly quick to check on who was coming in - this made us feel very confident about the security.
