My experience has been positive. When I first took my Springer Spaniel there, I told them that he might be nervous about having his stomach done. The last place I had taken him to had left over 2 dozen nicks on him! They were patient and worked with him, and with each he became more patient and more cooperative. Every person that I have sent there has raved about the caring way in which their animal was treated.

I have been coming to this establishment for years, their customer service is excellent.She always listens to exactly what I want done, as somtimes I will have my dog shaved, trimmed, bath and nails each time it has been different what I request. She takes notes and puts it on his individual card. She has been great about setting appointments and getting my dog in fast. Her rates are very competitive.

katy the owner is very nice, but wasn't happy what so ever with the grooming. my dog came out looking like a 10 year old groomed it. there face was shaved very short, and there body was shaved with really long patches of hair still long in places. i will not be returning. along with all of this, they place is a total mess in there....not a clean place. i was about ready to leave once i walked into her place with my dog, but though..oh she just didn't have time to clean up the mess yet......when when i came back the mess was even bigger.i will not be returning.
