Originally went to Arlington RV to buy new batteries for our 5th wheel a couple years ago and have kept coming back. They didn't have the model battery I wanted but ordered them and got them in quick. We just took our 5th wheel there for a new roof. They installed a PVC roof for cheaper than another shop quoted and it turned out great! Took two months from the time we dropped it off due to an employee taking some vacation time to care for close family during a serious illness which set the whole shop back (very frustrating for us as we are moving to another state REAL soon, but you gotta take care of your people, and they got us our trailer by our drop-dead-date. That'll learn me for dropping a trailer off in spring time when everyone else does!). Glenn did an awesome job with the roof and I "helped" him repack the wheel bearings. You can see how he takes pride in his work and he worked until almost 11PM Friday night of Memorial Day weekend to get us our trailer even though he was heading out with his family that following morning. The bathroom roof vent we wanted replaced isn't made anymore and we wanted to keep the original wall controls, and Glenn was able to wire it up so the light worked in conjunction with the fan so no new controls were needed. Gary (the manager?) in the store tells you things the way they are, even if it means he doesn't make a few bucks selling you what you don't need. Doubt I'm going to find as honest of a place as this one where I'm moving.
