The nail technicians are great!!!!! Be warned . . . the receptionist are a challenge and require heavy training in customer service, check outs, and communication. When they make mistakes, they are rude instead of apologetic and accomodating. This has been an issue since the spa opened. I can only attribute this to poor management. If you can ignore the front desk, you will be pleased.
