      I went to Hollywood Nails on a Tuesday night for the full spa pedicure. Thursday morning I woke up with, what I thought to be, a rash on my shins. It had not gone away by the beginning of the following week, so I went to the dermatologist to find out I had a bacterial infection. I am now on antibiotics for a month to treat it! Do NOT go to Hollywood Nails!
