I brought a car back after renting for 10 days. It had a scratch on the bumper that I hadnt even noticed. They charged me $498 to fix the scratch. They were rude and acted like "You have to pay us whatever we say it costs to fix it". They look at repairs as a profit center. Snotty attitude like a bunch of little caecars. Avoid Enterprise rental car. They are horrible. They will gouge you every which way they can!
