Abysmal. They never answer the bloody phone. I've tried to call 5 times to make an appt. Four times during normal working hours the call has been transferred to after hours answering service - who dont answer, 5th time answered by CTM, rude operator says 'hold on' and never comes back. Suggest giving them a wide berth. Clearly they think they're too good to have any notion of service.
