The people there seemed to really care about the animals. They made follow up phone calls after my visit to see how my cat was doing. I have not yet been back in months but they will occasionally call just to check in. Since the last time I took my cat there I have moved farther away but I am seriously considering continuing to go there despite the distance I may travel, as long as my cat doesn't mind the car ride, I know he will get better care there.

From the moment we walked in with our cat, we were amazed. The facility is incredibly warm and inviting... India (the in-house cat) was asleep on the waiting room sofa, a little turtle was meandering around in his little house, the decor was festive and the walls were decorated, making the clinic feel more like a home than a scary vet's office... There were toys for the babies and lots of goodies to look through, and the staff was amazing... informed and kind from the first. Our cat was just there for a physical and some vaccinations, and the once we went to the examination room our wait was super short-- Chris, the assistant, did our cat's vitals with ease, even though our cat doesn't like strangers or being held. Dr. Fernandez was thorough and kind, as well as very informative-- he dispelled a few theories on nutrition and even went into details about keeping our cat's teeth clean, which we hadn't heard before. We never felt rushed, and were comfortable the entire time!! Great!
