I had a great experience with my move. The company is very communicative leading up to the move, and everything is handled electronically (quotation process, credit card payment, iPad for signing documents and tracking move time, etc.). My two movers, Nick and Henry, were great. They were on time, in a great mood, careful with my furniture, and easy to work with. They finished the move almost two hours ahead of schedule, and the final bill was about 20% less than the estimate. Couldn't be happier.
Great service! These guys were very nice and I did not feel like I was being ripped off. They charge by the hour, stair fees (if applicable) and They did not hold my things hostage like other movers. Most importantly, they were genuinely nice people. Highly recommend.
Best Movers!!! my crew Nick and Daniel were very professional, methodical, and efficient. The things that stood out to me were:
- they made sure to properly protect all of our furniture with blankets and cling wrap.
- their rates were extremely competitive and they always want to beat their estimated quoted time (which they did). No hidden fees either, so they run a PRO business.
- we had to use them twice, once to public storage and then a week later to our new home. He didn't have to, but Nick made sure I got the repeat customer discount. No doubt I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
