A pair of expensive sunglasses went missing out of my vehicle while it was at Vandergriff Toyota for service. I never take these particular glasses out of the car, so it's very unlikely that I lost them elsewhere. Initially the dealership was unsympathetic, but eventually they did reach out to me and rectified the situation to my satisfaction.However, in addition to the sunglasses, my vehicle continued to leak oil after Vandergriff changed the oil. I went out to my garage a couple days after and discovered a large puddle of oil underneath the car. A second dealership confirmed that the drain plug was not tightened properly. In the meantime I had driven 400+ miles with my car leaking oil.Terrible experience all around. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Nancy Goodwin continues to give me great service on my car. She has the courtesy van ready to take me to work when dropping off vehicle. She keeps me informed about all aspects of my vehicle while being serviced or repaired. Nancy makes sure my car is pulled up and ready for me when I tell her the time that I will be picking up the vehicle. Nancy always makes my visits as painless as possible!

I purchased a brand new 2010 Toyota Prius back in November 2009 from this awesome dealership. I received outstanding service from their sales team and management. Not once did I feel pressured into to purchasing anything I did not thing I needed; however, after listening to their professional finance producer explain all of their products, I really understood the necessity for an extended service contract. I accidently left my interior lights on one night which resulted in the battery dying by the next day. WIthing 30 minutes, I had a very nice techinican come to my home and repair the problem right there on the spot within minutes. I was so impressed. I wasn't even late to work. This is the first Toyota that I have ever owned and it won't be the last. I will definetely purchase it from Vandergriff again as well. They impressed me with their extreme knowledge about the technical & mechanical aspects of the Toyota product, their sales team are professional & friendly.

Well went into Vandergriff Toyota today to get my oil changed because I have 5,043 miles on my car and had a great experience. When I got my New Camry a few months ago Toyota gave me free first 2 years service free. So when I went in today gave them my coupon and when it was finished it cost me $0 you gotta love free.

I highly recommend Vandergriff Toyota-I purchased a Solara from them and absolutely love my car! The staff was very friendly and helpful and it made my experience so easy compared to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. The price was easily negotiated and my note is actually lower than I expected-that definitely put a smile on my face! Steve and Craig made the whole experience of buying a new car quick and painless. They listened to what I needed and wanted and made sure I got the perfect car, meeting all of my needs! Steve came down from the "glass bubble" to sit with me and negotiate a fair price that I could afford. That made me feel like a part of the Vandergriff family. The Vandergriff dealerships I shopped were HORRIBLE! The whole car buying experience was the nightmare you usually expect from a dealership. They low ball you on your trade-in, and then they play the stupid number game with you (high interest rates, and high monthly payments for a lengthy period of time). They try to wear you down, but if you keep rejecting their offers, the numbers magically get better. How irritating! One friend of mine had to forcefully ask for her personal vehicle's keys back SIX times before they would give them back to her. I had the same experience at Vandergriff Honda. I was frustrated and annoyed when finally leaving the dealership.

They claimed they had completely checked out the car. I was told my mechanic could check out the car and they would fix anything that was wrong. The brakes were in very bad shape because someone had put new pads on badly scratched rotors and there was a mismatched, very badly worn tire. The tie down for the spare tire was also missing. They refuse to fix the problems. My fault for trusting them and not getting it in writing. Best advise, go somewhere else.
