The worst company I have ever talked with. I do not know how they got the address that I lived three years ago. They claimed that they have sent the bill 9 times while I saw nothing from them in my mailbox. Even after I told them the correct address, they kept saying that they got returned mail. No other company has told me they got returned mail for the last 2 years. They reject sending bill by email. I do not understand, if they want to collect debt, why they are not trying to get the bill to me. Is there any incentive for them just to spoil people's credit score?
