This is not a business it is a ripoff artist. Details don’t matter because it’s the same story I’ve seen in other reviews. Home warranty sends them out, they collect the $75 dollars and never come out to fix the appliance. On top of it they seem surprised that I’m mad and upset that they have jerked me around for 4 months. They have decided not to service my appliance. No refund of the $75.

This company was sent out by our home warranty company due to the door of our microwave not latching. The microwave had power and was working. The technician came out and was asking about a part that had popped off the door and spoke to my husband (he had placed it on the counter and possibly one of my twins ran off with it). When they ended the conversation I was told a new door was going to be ordered regardless and I could expect it to be fixed within 5 days. Almost two weeks later after hearing nothing I called both numbers for the company that I had and no call back. I then called Home Warranty of America back and was told that the technician determined the problem due to abuse/misuse. So first no one from either company even bothered to call me back I sat waiting almost two weeks as I was last told by the technician a part was coming and my appliance was going to be fixed. My microwave was not misused or abused. It is an above the stove microwave (my kids can't reach it only adults use it). So this company collected my 75$ lied to me and told me my part was ordered and then when they told my warranty company that we abused/misused our microwave it was not covered they didn't even have the decency to call back and tell me they would not be back out. Very unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could, especially since I ended up calling my home warranty company after two different calls to them to follow up on my service call were never returned.

A home warranty company sent TX Express to my home to fix the dishwasher. Alvin replaced the mother board and told me if the warranty company did not pay he would come back out remove the new board and replace it with the used one. He then told the steam from the dishwasher was going through the seal and it would happen again. To fix the seal he asked me if I had super glue, but he Gorilla glued it instead. Of course, that didn't fix the problem. I had another company come out who told me there were screws missing and Alvin broke the panel. I called the office and was told the owner, John, would call me back in 5 minutes. Hours later I was told he left the office but would call me when he got in. That was a week ago.

This is the sorriest excuse for a business I have ever seen. TWO MEN came out together and in two trips a week apart STILL DID NOT fix our washing machine! Now that we have called them back, the claim is closed! Now, after two week with no washing machine, how many more weeks to sort this mess out?

Completely unprofessional and a fly by night outfit. They were assigned my home warranty work and never called after 4 days when I called the number goes to a cell phone that says the voicemail has not been setup. Based on the poor reviews on other sites and the F rating with BBB I would not recommend them and if your warranty company assigns them ask for someone else.

Have our dryer under sears and they sent this company out to "fix" it. I told them that my samsung dryer flashes a red light showing them what is wrong with it. They kept on telling me that there is nothing wrong with it. At the end, the told me that they can't fix it and left my vent disconnected. When I called the main center, the person who answered said that they will give me a call back which this was at 11:44. Fast forward to 4:21, I called back even though she said she would call me back and told me that she spoke with the people that came and told me that the vent was already disconnected when they came. If that was true (which is not) how would they know that my dryer was working??? They are very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this business and I am upset that I'm paying sears for warranty and they did not even research about this company's background. After reading other reviews I felt better as I am not the only one that they screw around with. As of March 8th they have all reviews that are 1 except 1 other review that has 5 star. (I doubt it that it's real to be honest)

Tx Express was sent out by our home warranty company to service and submit report on our washing machine. It's been goin on two weeks since the visit and they still have not submitted paperwork to my home warranty. Each time I have called to inquire about it, Manny the manager, is overtly rude and condescending and lies that he "will take care of it". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! The stole my deductible and didn't produce a simple call back to my warranty co!

Unprepared as they did not have basic tools or equipment,uncaring about damaging my property, damaged my floors and told me it wasn't but a small scratch ( 6 inches by 1/4 inch). Very unprofessional and incompetent.
