I have taken my two dogs - a rescued Cocker Spaniel and a rescued Maltese (now both geriatric) to TAGS since around 2001 and highly recommend the grooming school with no reservation. At first I took them because not only did they look like show dogs when picked up (a HUGE difference in before-and-after appearance) and were happy at having been lovingly lavished much like having undergone a spa day, by students who love animals - especially dogs - but now during the ends of their life spans, I only trust TAGS to care for my old, fragile, difficult dogs and know that they will be treated with the greatest care, skilled supervision, professionalism and dignity; plus these two old dogs return home so sweetly clean. I drive across our city 52 weeks/year twice on grooming days, a venture well worth the time and travel expense, and will always remain grateful for TAGS and the professionally-trained students.

My poor scraggly dogs needed to look good for my mother's visit, so I called to make an appt. They got us in quickly & did a wonderful job! They were so friendly & made us feel comfortable leaving our babies with them! We will definitely be back!

I dropped off my ragamuffin standard poodle and picked up a prince! The staff is wonderful, and Gepetto is happy and beautiful. They have the rare combination of having both the best talent and the best price in town. We will go back!

WOW....I was really impressed when I walked in. Clean, friendly, and very receptive to meeting me and my girl Chrissy. They made sure they knew what I wanted trimmed off, and made Chrissy feel happy to be there.

They called me later that afternoon to let me know Chrissy had done fine and was ready to come home.

When I picked her up, she was exactly what we had described and looked GREAT! Her hair felt clean and fresh, she had on really cute bows, and smelled wonderful.

The owner Denise came out to visit and make sure I was happy....and I AM! Chrissy was all wags and thrilled with her new friends.

They set me up with a schedule, and promised to make a reminder call....wow, these people really took all worries out of my head, and I know Chrissy is going to be in great hands!

Definitely a place to check out!

I took my dog in there and she walked and was fine. I got her later that day and she limped. The next morning she couldn't walk at all. Don't take your dog there unless your prepared to put them down

This school works very hard and the students do a great job. They have groomed my cocker two times and each time he looked great. All the folks always have a smile for you.

I am a graduate of the Texas Allbreed Grooming School. I graduated in 1997. I think it was the best thing that has even happened to me. The teacher was awesome and Joan the owner was the sweetest person ever! I worked with a veterinarian for 11 years grooming dogs and I just recently opened my own grooming shop. The school was the best decision I have ever made!! I absolutely love my job!!! And my business is doing GREAT!!!

They are a excellent school. They also do grooming to help teach there students. It is a fraction of the cost of normal grooming.
