WHAT HAS MADE SPRING CREEK A FAVORITE DINING DESTINATION FOR OVER 35 YEARS? First and foremost are our delicious barbeque specialties â?? ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage, pulled pork, ham and turkey. With pits fired up daily at all of our locations, we get up early to hickory-smoke all of your favorites, and our ribs are then chargrilled for extra flavor. We feature a homemade BBQ sauce, made from our own secret recipe, fries and okra cooked to order, fresh salads with homemade dressings, giant loaded baked potatoes and the best home-baked bread youâ??ll ever taste. We can proudly say that we are still slow smoking after all these years!

My husband and I are pretty disgusted with the service we got lst night (8/30/13) at your Mansfield location.
First of all your male employees behind the counter were rude to both of us. NONE of them were helpful. This was our FIST and LAST Visit to your resturants.
My daughter and I both ordered chopped sandwiches, rather than getting chopped meat, there were "HUGE" chunks of meat in our sandwiches. This made it VERY akward to eat. NOT IMPRESSED WHATSOEVER. There was NO BBQ sauce on the meat nor was there any available to your customers.
I ordered the okra basket and french fries, NO ketsup anywhere to be found. I had to ask for some, the waitress told me she didn't knw where any was. Do you even train these people??????????????????
Yes, the hot bread was nice, but thats not going to make a very good impression when the RUDE staff has already made our meal miserable. WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY OF YOUR LOCATIONS. Too many other BBQ plces out there with POLITE STAFF and BETTER FOOD. PRICES were ridiculous as well. Damn near $50.00 wasted...
I love this place! It is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and I love the hot bread!
Try the catering menu as well! They even offer a fajita catering alternative. yum!
