We are very pleased with our new fence and the service that Rustic Fence provided. They are not the cheapest in town, but I would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional product.

The quality of the service and craftsmanship was exceptional. Their use of steel posts, number 1 red cedar rails and pickets as well as stainless steel nails was just what I was looking for. The price I received was very competitive. I highly recommend Rustic Fence.

I would recommend Rustic Fence to anyone and everyone. I saw what they were capable of doing, received a basic quote plus the costs of any additional add-ons we had discussed. I could easily decide what x-tras I wanted, the additional price, and was able to decide what could (or couldn't) fit into my budget. No high pressure sales! The fence is perfect! It looks so good, no one can see in or out from in between the boards, and once they started working, it only took 3 days to complete! Highly recommend!!

As a facilities manager of a data center, I have many contractors I deal with on many projects, large and small. It is always nice when a company provides a service exactly as requested with zero negative issues. It makes my job easier. Rustic Fence has completed two fence projects for us. Both projects went very smoothly, and left us with quality fencing with zero headaches. They are my go to fence company, and the preferred fence contractor for our data center.

Rustic fence did an excellent job on our new fence. They were on time, very quick and most importantly, provided a quality fence that has and I expect will last many years to come! Tom came out on a Tuesday, said he would send an email with an estimate by the end of the day. When I hadn't heard by late Wednesday, I called his cell phone and he said he had been too busy, but promised to send the estimate by that evening. Nothing. Never heard back. No call, nothing.We are planning to have our entire backyard fence done, and it will be a big job. Guess they do not need the business! Very disappointing.

After this year’s wind storm, I called Rustic for a quote and they send out Bob Erwin who was very professional and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I did receive several quotes but gave the job to Rustic based on the BBB reviews and jobs I have seen around the community. I have asked them to come back to do a repair which was caused by a neighbor and Bob got right back to me. They did work very well with the other contractor I used (Extreme Landscape) when putting in my retaining wall. I would use them again in the future.

Called on Tuesday for an appt that day for an estimate. Tom never showed. I called Friday, he said he would be out this afternoon. Guess what, he never showed up. I guess they don't need the business.

Excellent company to work with - personnel in the office and the consultant that gave us the bid were very efficient and answered our questions accurately. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering a fence for their property.

Ryan South and all the guys at Rustic are a stand up group. They will not sacrifice quality to win a job. They flat out tell it like it is, and they promised me I would be happy with my fence, and they were right. I have a very large yard with some topography, and they tore out the old fence which had several different planes, and put in an awesome cedar fence with one height throughout the yard. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Rustic was extremely competative on price, and when I factor in the quality of materials, and the way they left my yard (looked better than it did when they got there) I would say I definitely made the right choice. I will use them again for my next project.

I was really impressed with the work I had done. My fence looks so good! I am constantly receiving compliments on it. My salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to anything related to fences. Also, the crew were very good at what they do; which is why I have this amazing fence surrounding my background. So all together I give them 5 stars because they deserve it and I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and will be back for future needs.

If you want superior craftsmanship and an emphasis on customer satisfaction, Rustic Fence is your company. Our new metal gates would not open completely because of the angle of the fence, and Rustic Fence worked until they opened correctly. They also wrapped our fence posts at no charge for the inconvenience. We were very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to a quality product. You will get what you are promised with Rustic Fence!

They will not look for your existing property line. It says in their contract they will, but they will not. If you have metal steaks under the ground to mark your property line they will not look for them. You must know your own property line because they will just build your fence where ever you want them to even if is on your neighbors property.
