I went there 3 times and all 3 times were horrible!

1 St time) It took me literally 1.5 hours to get my food after I ordered. I talked to the manager and was told my ticket dropped but coincidentally so did 2 other tables by me. The only compensation I got was $3.00 ofg.

2nd Time) My order was burnt. The appetizers then the actual food. I talked to a manager yet again and was told they can just take it off the ticket if I didn't want it. Mind you I'm sitting there about an hour or so from getting seated, ordering and the delivery of my food and was basically treated like OH WELL!!!

3RD TIME) Last and final time! It took the waiter 30+ minutes to even acknowledge us after seating. To get drink refills and even to check on us. I probably seen my waiter when we ordered our food and when I got my ticket. They were too busy talking to their friends seated at a table. they sat there basically the whole time talking to their friends that were customers and didn't even bother to check on anyone.

honestly the "manager" does nothing and even when they mess up they blame you. They will.never change because it's probably all friends that work there. I love Razoos but drive a distance to get to a good one because they have horrible service and everything that follows.

It was my first time in there last week and had the worst service ever. The waiter wasnt very attentive and let our drink cups stay empty until he finally noticed the we needed a refill. And on top of that our food was cold and wasnt even spicy. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
