If i could give 0 stars I would. We had to pay $5,000 deposit. Doc Holliday lied about cost and work to be done. Ian showed up at house stinking horribly of alcohol and then lied to us about cost and work to be done. We were struggled constantly to get them on the phone because they have so much business from Lifetime Fitness. We decided to cancel the job with them and get our money back. The original salesman Doc Holliday said he understood, talked bad about Bob and Ian, admitted Ian had a drinking problem and said to call Bob to get our money back. After talking to Bob and being told he had to pay $500 for free samples and a work crew that was never scheduled we agreed just to get the part of the down payment back. He told us twice he was sending a check, never got a check, now won't return our calls. This company clearly has too much business and they are dishonest on every level. DO NOT USE! THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!
