Pioneer Gold Exchange is a real savior! After Granmere passed we went through a bunch of her things and gathered a lot of old jewelry and some silverware and plates and platters so we went all over the place to see how much it was worth and see what it was made of, like was it gold or costume stuff. We got a lot of disinterest from places that couldn't care less and the ones that bothered to look through it all gave answers that were contradictory. Basically there's a lot of people and places buying gold and jewelry that are cheats and trying to pull the wool over your eyes- lowballing stuff to try to get it for criminally cheap. Then we went to Pioneer Gold Exchange and they were just amazing. They cared about our stuff and were genuine and honest. They asked about Granmere and we got to swap stories- so friendly there at Pioneer Gold. Anyway they told us exactly what each and every piece of jewelry was and all the forks and spoons and platters. Stuff other people said was junk they'd offer to take off our hands for pennies turned out to be really worth something. There were some diamonds there that other places lied about and sterling silver that other places were saying was plated. Gold stuff that others said was fake and some gold that was higher karet numbers then other places said it was, like we had some 18 karet that a couple other places said was 10 karet gold, and by the way 18 karet is worth a whole lot more. Pioneer Gold Exchange paid us way more than every other place offered us, they educated us about all our stuff, they were so friendly and caring and were as trustworthy as a saint. Pioneer is the best around- very highly recommend them.

Throw a rock in this town and you'll hit a place that buys your old jewelry, but if you want the best around you gotta go to Pioneer Gold & Silver! The guys there are really smart and don't make you feel stupid. they explain everything to you without the misleading fancy terms. They also pay the most out of everybody else ive tried. Awesome place to sell your stuff and super low prices if your buying jewelry too.

This is definitely one of the few businesses that still shows that customer service is important. Not only did they accommodate me by staying open later for me so that I could get some items appraised but they also bought my items for $80 more than what I had been told earlier that day by another "we buy gold" place. They are so friendly and helpful, I wouldn't have thought it could get any better but it did! I showed up yesterday with my toddlers and really didn't want to take them inside in fear they would turn the store upside down, as toddlers tend to do! So I took my items in and told them I needed an appraisal and I waited in my car and I can truly say I had no worries about getting a true fair price. The man I handed them to came out and told me how much everything is worth and I said that's great, he then got my money and brought it out, just like that. I have been blown away by how awesome these guys are, I believe they are the best I have had the privilege of dealing with... thank you for showing the true meaning of customer service!!!!!!!
