I have been to this store twice during this past holiday season to shop and both times I left the place disgusted at how inefficient this store was. The first time was the day after Thanksgiving. It was 5pm and there were about 25 people on the line OUTSIDE the store. I found out that you have to wait outside to wait for people to come out of the store before you could go in. This was when it was 29 degrees outside. So I left. The second time was on 23rd of Dec. I had no problem going in. Once you walked to the women's section you cannot help but notice this long, long, long line of people waiting to pay for their purchase that goes all the way to the back of the store. They have about 6 lanes open but oh my gosh, how inefficient! Yes, I left again empty handed.
