When I was at your location today 11/25/2011 I was promptly greeted in a friendly matter. Now when the employee was checking me in she was telling me about everything that you do for a standard oil change and that is all fine with me but when I tell you do not mess with the pressure in my tires I do expect you to respect my wishes and do what i asked you to do. Well needless to say i was not happy when I left your location today because you did not respect my wishes and do what I had asked you not to do. I have my tire pressure set where I want them not where someone else wants them. If this is the way you are going to treat your customers I think I will go some where else and have my oil changed. I do not like it when someone just blows me off and just does what they want to do instaed of doing what I asked you to do.
