Mr. Fon was very personable , knowledgeable, and professional. He took a look at my Swiss Army watch, which had the AT&T logo on it (22 years service), and saw that the circuit board was broken from my own ignorance of how to replace the battery. He ordered a new circuit board and I had my watch back in 3 days! He under promised and over delivered! Outstanding customer service! His shop is fun to walk through too. Go take a look.

Mr Fon has an old fashioned style store, which is crammed FULL of everything clocky. He looks like a kind mad professor, and even wears the spectacles, and his store is straight out of Diagon Alley (Harry Potter!)

He cooed over our antique clock and gave us all the options, and didn't strike (I know... I am on a roll) us down dead when we went for the cheapest option of ripping out the old mechanism and replacing it with something modern. He repaired it beautifully and in a most *timely* (sorry) fashion. .

Mr Fons also gave our little girl a Barbie tea set which she had been gazing lovingly at. FOR FREE.

When we returned to collect the repair and drop off a 'Thank You' card for the tea set, Mr Fons came out to the car to compliment her on her drawing.
