Room stats:
Room was clean, i had to redo cable line on tv for reception, air cond froze up and did not cool very well, bed was very comfortable but waaay too small (Side note: in-room refrigerator too small to use for more than a drink cooler, we ate pizza and brought leftovers back, small pizza box would not fit inside).

Our main issue:
Online booking said the two room king suite we wanted was available, we were eating lunch around corner so we decided to head over and book in person. Desk attendant said the room was not available and offered another with two double beds but could only book for one day, we were needing it for two days. He said he could extend the stay if i called in the next morning. No surprise when i went to extend for another night i was told they could not because they were already overbooked. Lucky me they would let me know if someone cancelled. We booked a room for the rest of our stay down the road.

Summary:
If you are looking for a decent rate for mid-class lodging and have your booking affairs in order this place is resonable.8
