I placed a call to this location inquiring about foam board. The associate who answered the phone placed me on hold,maybe she did not realize that I could hear everything that was going on in the background, it took her several minutes to even ask another associate to check if they still had the item, that was only because she was holding a conversation with a man the whole time I was waiting, who by the way stated that she wasn't showing him any love.The whole conversation was inappropriate for a work environment, especially when there are customers waiting for service( Keep in mind I was on the phone waiting, imagine what the customers in the store were thinking). I seriously doubt I will shop at this location.

Your store is very big and only one cashier open. The line has about 6-8 people waiting. I was paying with a debit card and your machine was not approving fast enough.The customers were getting upset. Although a couple of store employees came to the front they did not take the time to check the next person out, until later. I drove from dallas just to find picture frames that the other 4 stores I visited did not have.
