Bed bugs galore. Owner is very rude. She is ghetto in many aspects. Roaches everywhere. Noisy all the time. Maintenance is a joke doesn't fix anything. Not enough visitor parking and people who live here park in those spots.

Hello, this is Velma Wilson, a current resident of Collins Park Apts. This apartment complex in infested with roaches and spiders, I have evidence to prove it. When I first moved in to these apts. my toilet was broken and I had to sit in my apartment for 3 days at a time with urine and feces in my toilet for 2 months, until they finally replacement my toilet and I also have proof of that. When I lost my job Kim, the apt. manager came into my apt and took my washer, dryer, and my TV, stating that by law she was authorized to take property of mine to equal the amount of the rent. Edward, a leasing agent in the office, wrote down on a little sticky note that the amount of rent that I owed on that date was $590. My property was valued at over $1,000. I went to the office to speak with Kim, the apt. manager about, why she took more than the amount of the rent, and she called the cops on me. The same day she took my property, she did not leave me notification that she had entered my apt.
