Bright Stars Pediatrics provides a medical home that delivers comprehensive care to children from birth to 18 years of age. Our services include preventive and urgent care, limited behavior and learning assessments. Bright Stars Pediatrics offers childhood immunizations, same day sick appointments and limited laboratory assessments for common illnesses. If more comprehensive evaluations are needed we refer our patients to Cook Childrenâ??s Medical Center or Childrenâ??s Medical Center of Dallas. At Bright Stars Pediatrics we understand that when children are ill, parents want to be able to receive trusted advice. We offer 24 hour sick advice to parents. Our after-hours advice hot-line is covered by Childrenâ??s Medical Center Nurse Advice Line at 1-855-456-MYRN (6976), where the nurses have years of pediatric experience. All advice given is approved by a Bright Stars Pediatric physician and complies with the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics
