BJ's Restaurants

We love BJ?s. The service is always excellent and we've come to expect wonderful food. We especially enjoy the appetizer menu. The Thai Shrimp Lettuce Wraps are fantastic. Also the Pomegranate Margarita hits the spot. Not too sweet, not too tart just extremely refreshing. We have been disappointed only once out of many visits and that was with the new Thai Salmon they have added to their menu. Problem was just simply a lack of Thai flavor. Very boring and certainly not up to the standard we?ve grown to expect from BJ?s. However, I contacted them via their website and quickly received a very nice and apologetic response from the Director of Operations. Needless to say I was quite impressed. I will try the Thai Salmon again as I'm convinced they truly want the customer to have a great experience and they will make the necessary changes to ensure that great experience. Besides great food, great beer and drinks again I can't say enough about the service.
