I must share my incredible experience at Bioderm in Arlington. It was just fantastic!

The staff is so friendly and nice. And the MD who conducted my procedures (2) was the best. I cannot brag on his expertise and knowledge enough...and he's a Southern man to boot! Dr. Nguyen is as meticulous in his technique and caring as he is handsome. (I might be old but I'm not dead!) He answered all my questions as well as putting me at ease.

Dr. Nguyen took extra steps to make certain that my injection discomfort was under control..so much that I really didn't have any. The processes took only about 30 minutes, after which he place a small ice pack on my injection sites which helped with any swelling that I might have had. This and any bruising was quite minimal and I felt terrific this morning when I woke up. I had some very deep wrinkles and some side areas below my nose to my lips that needed lifting. He smoothed these with a filler called Juvederm .And they were completely gone when he finished my procedure.

He also injected my squint lines and forehead with Botox; again no pain-amazing!

This morning, I looked in the mirror and saw a new woman.

Truly, getting rid of my wrinkles and furrows lifted my spirits a great deal.
My husband said that I looked 20 years younger, which made me feel so good.
I do have more energy today, I note, because I feel so good. I just love it! I will be a client of Bioderm for many, many years to come

This business is not a honest business! My sister and myself went in to got this call coolscruplting done. The consultant told us that we just need one time done and ours arms should look very skinny! After we've paid got it done and came back for the followed up. They now told us that it work different on individual. It might or might not work for us! Ain't that something they should've told us before we paid and got it done? Can not told us one things send us home with a consent and used that consent to against us! If that then why would we wasted 2 hours of talking with them! What's the consultation for??? I came back 3 months later this time I talked with the doctor. He told me that my arms look good now and if I want to get it done again my arms gonna look unhealthy! Something he should've told us that we don't need it done! We've paid $2400.00 total for something we couldn't tell the different! Very dishonest business! Don't waste your money with them!!!

I've been seeing Sheena at Bioderm at the Garland location for over a year and I think she is a wonderful Esthetician and is awesome at what she does. Sheena always does a great job while being sensitive to my concerns and desire for my skincare. I've had several different procedures done and Sheena thoroughly answered my questions. I'm always satisfied with her work and she is a delight to talk to always.

I've had several laser treatments done by Ebony and all I can say is she fast, professional, and makes you feel at ease. Best part is that I've had great results from the treatments. I highly recommend her.

I had a treatment done by Amanda at the Parks. I was very impressed and would recommend her to anyone.

I have had awesome results from the laser hair removal treatments that I have received. I go to the Firewheel location and Ebony is incredible. She is fast yet precise and makes it so personalized with genuine cnonversations. It really feels like a friend is doing your treatments. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I'm getting several different treatments done here and have had many different girls do them but I request Mandy from now on. She is the most thorough and knowledgeable. I have had a few scheduling errors but the staff has compensated me for it.

I had some age spots treated and they have disappeared. Amanda was my esthetician, very professional and courteous. Not sure why all the bad reviews here because my experience was really nice and I have recommended Bioderm and Amanda to my friends.

I recieved a photofacial package for my freckles and acne spots and I was so happy with the results that i got. My face is about 90% clear and I did a package of 5. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who is suffering with freckels and acne spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm considering laser hair removel next and the prices i was offered were really good!!! way more affordable then ideal image!

This “business” is no longer accredited by the BBB! Don’t risk your skin, health and money because it may be cheap but remember, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I WAS BURNED BY THE MACHINE in November 2012 and I am devastated. I’m a dancer and aspiring model and now have dark brown blotches, dry patches, scabbing and marks randomly spotting my lower legs. I called to report what my legs look like and was told “You knew the risk involved” and “You can purchase some bleaching cream from us”… I have been coming here for continuous hair removal treatments on my lower legs for a year and a half which proves that I’m not just an angry customer; I am a truthful, reasonable person that had a relationship with the staff here and after 9 treatments the hair is still growing back through the burns! I am in awe at how good of a salesman Belinda Cruz was because I honestly consider what they did to me thievery! Please don’t take the risk here.

BioDerrm is amazing the staff is very helpful and proffesional!Everyone is very informative!I am doing micropeels and microdermbrasion due to acne I am only on my 5th session and I have already seen results!Great Place to go when your in need of any skin issuse!

Really happy with my treatments. I started getting hair removal for my legs and underarms about 6 months ago. I havent had to shave in so long! I signed up with Amber and got a really great price too. My technicians were super friendly and did a great job. Happy not to have to buy razors and get bumps any more :)

I go to the Arlington location to receive hair removal on my legs and arms, and micropeels for my acne. I can honestly say I've never had an unpleasant experience. All of the girls that did my treatments seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing and I've seen a great improvement in my skin. Granted, I still get flare ups on my acne but I know that I'm just trying to get it under control..there is no cure acne.. As for my legs I'm on my 2nd treatment and have seen a 50% reduction.. I am pleased with my treatments thus far and I'm happy with how I've been treated.

FYI all the positive reviews are posted by staff. If you notice all the positive reviews are posted within the period of 3 days of each other and give perfect reviews? The doctor has them do this so the ratings aren't so bad due to poor customer service and treatments that are not worth your money. My appointments here have been rescheduled due to the esthetician having to leave early or machines not working, very unprofessional. The consultants give you false promises and tell you one thing to get your money but do another. The doctor who owns this clinic is only out to make money, he/she does not care about there customers at all. If you try to get ahold of someone to complain you are out of luck because you can leave a message but your call will not get returned. I've witnessed a consultant/manager be very rude to a patient and threaten to call security when she just wanted a refund, which the consultant may not even tell you about. I only have one treatment left here and I'm never coming back, if I can even get into my appt. due to it usually being rescheduled. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The machines they use are old and cheap, treatments are not thorough. If you are unsatisfied then good luck because they just tell you there are no refunds no matter how poor your experience was. Stay away to new customers, this place is so unprofessional.

Do not WASTE your money. I spent about 3,000 dollars for chemical peels and laser hair removal and they messed up both, First they have young girls look like out of high school working on you, most of the time its someone different with a different technique

They left me with raccoon eyes for several weeks from the chemical peels, they didn't bother to tell me I should probably take off of work or not have anything planned around the time of the peels. They raised up a previous burn I had on my leg from 10 years earlier and made it worse with the hair removal. The worst part the doctor was more interested in showing it off to his staff like I was a guinea pig instead of apologizing or helping to find a solution for it. He was so amazed by it since he never had that happen before. Honestly it may be somewhat cheaper there, but you will pay the price for it. Someone that I know had Botox done there and she came out looking worse and the tech even told here it was her first time doing it. Also they have no communication with their staff, My appointments were always moved around without even letting me know or I would have 3 people calling me to confirm the same appointment I had already said yes to the first time. I am now going to Ideal Image and it costs more, but never ever had a problem with them, they have registered nurses to treat you and the lasers even sting less.

Seems like couple of people with so/so experiences, but mine was good. Started getting a couple of different treatments done last October. Very happy with my first consult, the consultant seemed very knowledgable and eager to help. Currently getting laser hair removal and the results have been great, my underarms and legs are almost completely smooth! My hair used to grow really fast and I go about a month or so without needing to shave now. I had a couple of different estheticians for my visits and they were very thourough and nice. Very satisfied overall. I'm thinking about doing some botox and restylane here now! :)

Bioderm skin Care in Frisco at the Stonebriar Mall is really nice they have great customer service and patient care is # 1. The RN Elizabeth He has given me Botox injections around my eyes (which kind of freaked me out) but she was great/gentle and I looked great. I go there regularly for microderms with Sheena and it keeps my skin looking fresh and young. I would highly recommend this office.
