I'd just like to share my experience. I've stopped in a couple times at this store and always been impressed with the speedy watch battery swap time, but today after work my truck battery was sluggish and was afraid it wouldn't start in the morning and with this Texas heat knew it was time to have it checked. I pull up and was met at the door which was impressive. After he tested my battery there wasn't much life left. From the time I pulled up to the time we changed my battery I was there less than 25 minutes. Yes, the employee helped change the battery! Talk about customer service!!! This was BY FAR some of the best service I've ever had/seen from any place I've shopped. They earned me as a life long customer today and can't stress enough that I can only hope this kind of service would spread to other similar businesses. FIVE STARS All the way!!!!
