I was trying to purchase a used vehicle and was working with David Burford. We agreed on a price and I left to go get the bank financing and sign the papers. I called back within an hour and Mr. Burford would not take my call. I called numerous times and had the financing complete with a bank draft in hand. My wife finally called on another line and Mr. Burford immediately answered the phone. I was told that while I was in the process of signing papers that they sold the car to someone else. WHAT A POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! Don't turn your back on them and definitely don't trust Mr. Burford! If they felt that they were doing right they would have at least had the courage to answer my phone calls. If they had been honest with me, they would have called or taken my calls to let me know. They gave me the VIN number to go take care of the financing - yet sold it out from under me. The only thing they said later was if I was serious I should have driven the car to the bank - however they never offered for me to do this. They said later in the conversation that the person who purchased the car had made an appointment to see it the day before. They never mentioned this - just sent me on my way to do the financing.

Again, WHAT A POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!!

I had the most wonderful first car buying experience at AutoNation Ford in Arlington with Greg Plechus and the Ford Financing team as well. I was really nervous about the car buying process so I did an internet query first and Mr. Plechus was very helpful in answering all of my questions through email. So when I was finally able to come to the dealership, the process was really easy due to the groundwork and diligence of working with me beforehand. If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would! The financing department also went above and beyond to make sure that as a recent college graduate I was able to get an affordable deal for my monthly payments to be reasonable and still have my repairs covered by Ford. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Ford Escape S and it's beautiful!!! I Love it!!! Thank You AutoNation Ford!!!

DO NOT BUT A USED CAR FROM HERE. I bought an 07 Ford focus and the paperwork said that it received a 128 point inspection and apparently it didn't because about a week later the throttle cables were loose, the wiper blades had to be replaced, and now the fing transmission is going out on it. 3 problems went wrong in a week. Terrible terrible terrible. They don't even deserve the star that I gave them

We always receive good service from the service department at Texan Ford. Employees are helpful and friendly.
