I was so impressed with the service, value and quickness at Auto Glass Connection. They were actually waiting for me when I pulled up to the store. They replaces the window in 30 minutes at more than $40 less than the going price. And, they had a great toddler-friendly waiting room complete with train tracks, Legos and coloring books. You really appreciate customer service when things don't go as expected. I crack the windshield on my new Pilot and took it to Autoglass Connection, because I read a good review about them. Their quote was reasonable and the schedule of my service was hassle free. They replaced the windshield according to the glass specifications, but I later noticed the sound isolation wasn't as good as the original Honda glass. They inspected the job, discussed with their glass provider and finally decided to change the glass for a different top quality brand without me asking for it. There was no additional charge and they kept feeling sorry for my time. That was excellent service with very honest people and quality labor. Probably the fastest glass replacement service you'll find in the area. I called up and they squeezed me into their busy schedule. I showed up, they met me at the car, handed them my keys, they then drove the car in the back, replaced the window, drove the car back front, checked me out and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. If I ever have a broken window on my car again, I'm taking it back here!
