Dr Adams & her staff are great. I have never had to wait for a long time in the waiting room like most doctor's offices.

Dr. Mary Adams is good, however, she does not offer all the services that some of the Dermatologists are offering now.

The whole experience was outstanding. There was a very short wait, even though it was a first visit. The staff was good natured, caring and knowledgeable. We were able to obtain an appointment in 2 days from the first phone call and saw an alternate physician who is outstanding both in manner and ability to make determination and offer solutions. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Mary Adams is a over-all good Doctor, but her front office help is rude, does not care about any problems you might be having, makes it impossible to talk with the doctor over the phone and you can never get an appointment to see Dr. Adams even if it is a critical problem you are having. When you call for an appointment to see Dr. Adams, the standard reply from the front office help is always, "WE CANNOT GET YOU SCHEDULED IN FOR AT LEAST 4 to 6 WEEKS. No Doctor should ever treat their existing or new patients as Dr. Mary Adams does. I guess she was absent from medical school the day they tought young interns to always maintain availablity to existing patients.......
