Highly recommended! An inspection of the insulation was conducted on my home during construction. Multiple issues were found and corrected due to this inspection. The in-depth report was sent to the builder and they corrected the problems I never would have know about without this inspection. Identifying the insulation problem will save me much more than the cost of the inspection with a few months! Excellent work!! JM

Alert Residential was super-responsive and worked around my tight schedule. They filled out a comprehensive report and took photos of everything in the house that wasn't in perfect condition. The photos really helped me understand what the comments meant, which was helpful since I wasn't present at the inspection and didn't have a chance to visit the house between the inspection period and the closing. The inspection price was reasonable, and the reports let me know exactly what I was buying. I'm going to use Alert for all my future buys.

Jerry was a pleasure at our home inspection. I would also definitely recommend the infrared camera to go along with his normal inspection. He found a few breakers that were operating at a hotter than normal temperature. The infrared was a must for us seeing as how my parent's home almost caught fire due to wires that were running too hot in the attic under all the insulation.
